Thank you for your interest in mentoring with the Council on Adolescents of Catawba County.  Positive relationships with caring adults can make a lasting difference in a young person's life, providing encouragement, support, and someone they can count on.

Our primary mentoring initiative is the Lunch Buddy Program, which matches adult volunteers with students in local schools.  Mentors meet with their Lunch Buddy once each week during the student's lunch period, offering a consistent source of connection, encouragement, and support.  To learn more about the program, expectations, and the impact of mentoring, please visit our Lunch Buddy Program page.
